Gas springs

Gas springs

Gas (nitrogen) springs are a key functional element in modern stamping dies. They provide stable hold-down force, return forces, and controlled motion during cutting, drawing, and forming.

In automotive applications, they operate under high cyclic loads, and their reliability directly affects part quality, production takt time, and operator safety.

We supply standard and controlled gas springs according to ISO, VDI, and NAAMS standards, including solutions for hot forming and gas-hydraulic applications. We support customers with selecting the correct force and stroke, safety features, and charging system configuration to ensure stable die performance throughout its entire service life.
