Mechanical springs for stamping dies with high load capacity, easy installation, and long-term operational stability.

Coil die springs are a traditional and proven solution for hold-down, return, and preloading in stamping dies. They are mainly used where simplicity, mechanical robustness, and easy replacement without working with pressurized gas are required.

We supply springs according to ISO 10243 and the Japanese JIS B 5012 standard. The ISO version ensures full compatibility with European and global projects. The JIS version (non-round wire) allows higher loads in a smaller installation space, which is beneficial in compact dies.

Correct selection of load class, working deflection, and safety margin is essential. Overloading springs is the most common cause of premature failure.
